Shut down for most of the week because cities couldn't afford to keep them open.
Ad this ontop of civil unrest which resulted from the fall of oppression against African Americans, the ongoing failure against the war on drugs and the beginning of the exodus of manufacturing plants across America to rural states and foreign lands, all helped contribute to a failed society for many in living in the
United States of America.
